PED & FED Ultimate Torque Control It is well known that the accuracy of the driver output does not necessarily lead to the accuracy of the actual torque that the tool will apply to the joint, since the torque very much depends on friction and the characteristics of the joint being assembled. In the actual mass production assembly line,every fastenings encounter the different joint characteristics and the different friction. The driver has to overcome and compensate such differences, if critical assemblies are invloved and very delicate torque control is required. PED & FED will do it for you, automatically. Hence, it is called Ultimate Torque Control.
MOST RELIABLE FASTENING TORQUE PED & FED guarantee the most reliable fastening torque regardless of the screws and work-pieces quality, overcoming the frictional forces and differences of hard and soft joints. It is also very effective for the fastening of tapping screws. DIGITAL TORQUE SETTING The setting of fastening torque etc, is via keys on the controller front operation panel. It is displayed digitally. SWITCH-LESS OPERATION Just pick up a screw by vacuum suction and position it to the tapped hole, and fastening will be automatically performed. In case of the model NMSW driver unit, fwd/rev and on/off of the driver motor can be controlled from switches on the driver unit. UITABLE FOR CLEAN ROOM USE (CLASS 100) PED & FED are most suitable for the use in clean room environment. The driver mechanism is completely sealed. Vacuum suction takes in particles emitted during the fastening. MAINTENANCE-FREE PED & FED are very reliable and robustly constructed. You do not need any daily torque check or brush exchange. LOW NOISE & LOW VIBRATION It operates with very low noise and vibration, and is comfortable for the operator. IDLE MODE & REVERSING ANGLE CONTROL (available in FED only) FED can catch (under IDLE mode) and loosen by the angle selected, the already seated (fastened) screw. PRESET DATA MEMORY (available in FED only) Eight preset data each of fastening torque and reversing angle settings can be stored in memory.
